This porridge is made with organic barley flakes. This is a healthy and nutritious snack anytime of the day.

Add 1 dl of the mix to 2,5 dl of water and cook on low heat for 4-7 minutes, stirring well while cooking. Alternatively just add milk or juice and leave to soak for a few minutes or over night.

Ingredients: barley flakes, sunflower seeds, pumpkinseeds, dried cranberries, cinnamon, concentrated apple juice, sea salt and sunflower oil.

A: From 20 EUROS, yes you need to pay custom fee as you do not pay any VAT here in Iceland, gift orders can go through but you need to ask your postoffice or custom office if there is some rules about gifts.
