PEARLBARLEY
Our Pearl barley is made from high quality and carefully selected grains. The light color and roundness of the grain (pearls) makes it suitable for fine dishes such as barleyottos, salads and desserts. Pearl barley is rich in fibers, contains complex carbohydrates and has low glycemic index.
Boil 1 dl of barley in 2,5dl of water for 15 minutes.
