Lummur og vöfflur (380gr.)

Easy pancake & waffle mix made with Icelandic barley and whole wheat flour.

Mix contents with 4dl of water, milk or beer and 1 egg (egg is not necessary, 2 tbsp oil and 1-2 tbsp honey.

Stir together and allow standing for at least 15 minutes before frying in a pan in a little oil.

This recipe makes around 20 delicious pancakes or 9 waffles, full of fiber.
