We only use fresh liver, manually trimmed to ensure the highest quality of this delicate raw material.The cod liver is lightly salted and smoked with beechwood to give it a natural smoky flavor. Canned cod liver is considered a delicacy and is widely consumed as an appetizer or as topping on a piece of toast or in a salad. As well as being very tasty, cod liver is rich in A and D vitamins as well as essential Omega 3 fatty acids.
