Wholegrain Whole barley grain is excellent accompaniment with various food and is often served with fish in Iceland, or in salads.
Boil the barley for 40 minutes or leave in water over night or for a day before cooking, in that case is needs only a few minutes of cooking.

A: From 20 EUROS, yes you need to pay custom fee as you do not pay any VAT here in Iceland, gift orders can go through but you need to ask your postoffice or custom office if there is some rules about gifts.
