Iceland moss is rich in minerals, particularly iron and calcium, and contains lichens that prevent undesirable bacteria. Each capsule contains:
Rhodiola rosea 320 mg.
Iceland moss 55 mg.
No additives.
Cellulose capsules (vegan).

Direction for use:
Take 2-3 capsules a day with a glass of water.
