Magnesium is important for the functioning of the body. Magnesium is essential for normal muscle relaxation and a healthy nervous system. It works against sleep disorders, restless legs and promotes the normal functioning of muscles and nerves.
This relaxing blend also contains Icelandic Moss which are known as Gingseng of Iceland and not without a reason. They contain beta-glucan fibers which increase weight loss, improve digestion and strengthen the intestines. Iceland Moss is rich in minerals, especially iron and calcium, and contains elements that prevent unwanted bacteria. Iceland Moss helps to reduce edema.
Each capsule contains:
Magnesium Citrate 250 mg.
Iceland moss 80 mg.
No additives.
Cellulose capsules (vegan).
Direction for use:
Take 1-2 capsules a day with a glass of water.
Do not take more than recommended daily dose.
