Bjarki Vodka (50 cl.)

Bjarki is a handmade Icelandic vodka that is distilled under vacuum.

It is made from Icelandic birch, taken from Hallormsstaðarskógur by Egilsstaðir, and grain sprouts.

Birch branches are mixed with the sprout and the sprout is then distilled under vacuum at a low temperature where only the hot water in the taps is used.

This method makes Bjarki extremely mild and fragrant and he enjoys it especially in cocktails. He is also good on his own.
