Each bag contains 40g of marinated, air-dried, first-class Icelandic lamb from lamb that has roamed freely on the mountain.

The Icelandic Lamb  has been allowed to roam freely in the Icelandic mountains since the year 874. Because of the short summers and the short coming of refrigeration technology, the Vikings had to air dry their meat. We at Feed the Viking have perfected their technique and encourage you to give this Viking superfood a try, even include some Mead and shout a Cheer as loud as you can while clinking your glass into your friends' glasses.

• Ingredients:  Icelandic lamb meat (Ovis aries) made from whole thigh muscles (225 g of raw meat is needed to produce 100 g of Jerky), our spice mix, natural preservative (E316) and natural preservative (E202).
• Allergens:  This product is packed in the same facilities as we pack Fish Jerky, so it may contain particles of  COD. 
• This product is:  Gluten-free and Lactose-free.
