Icelandic gold & silversmiths have handcrafted filigree over 400 years. The Icelandic national costume is beautifully decorated filigree. This handmade filigree has been preserved in Karls family for 70 years, Karl is the 3rd generation of making it. With his work he is giving people a vision in this beautiful form that filigree is.
