Víti, Icelandic Premium Aquavite is is handcrafted in Iceland from native herbs and botanicals. Icelandic Aquavit is a distilled spirit spiced with Caraway seeds, often referred to as Brenninvin by the locals the traditional recipe dates back to the 18th century. The Caraway grows wild in Iceland and the plant is believed to have been brought to the country by Irish monks around 800 AV. Víti is Pot distilled from 100% Icelandic barley base along with native botanicals that include; Caraway Seeds, Rhubarb, Angelica Root, Birch Leaves, Creeping Thyme, Iceland Moss, Kale and Meadow Sweet.

This unique blend of botanicals along with the rich taste of our barley based spirit combines to make a truly Icelandic spirit.

Víti received a GOLD MEDAL at the distinguished SWSC 2015. Forty one spirits experts convened at the Hotel Nikko in San Francisco from March 20th through the 22nd, for the 15th Annual An Francisco World Spirits Competitions. The competition broke all previous records, receiving more entries than 1,580 entries.
