Milk Thistle, Silybum marianum, is a flowering herb related to daisy and ragweed family. It grows in  Mediterranean countries. Milk thistle contains the antioxidant Sylimarin, which may activate liver function and is considered to have anti-inflammatory and detox effects and may remove free radicals and impurities from the body. There are also claims that Milk thistle may also benefits by lowering bad cholesterol and be beneficial for people with type II diabetes. It can also help to prevent elevation of liver enzymes, which may be side effect of use of medication.

Iceland Moss (Cetraria islandica) is common in the highlands of Iceland. It has been known as medicinal herb, and has been used for medicinal purposes and as food supplement in Iceland for centuries. Iceland moss is rich in minerals, particularly iron and calcium, and contains lichens that prevent undesirable bacteria. Iceland moss also contains beta-glucan fibers, lichenin and isolichenin, wich form a softening layer over the mucous membranes in the stomach which improves digestion and can help reduce edema.

Each capsule contains:
Milk thistle 250 mg.
Iceland moss 80 mg.
No additives.
Cellulose capsules (vegan).

Direction for use:
Take 1-2 capsules a day with a glass of water.
Do not take more than recommended daily dose.
