Cod Liver Oil from LYSI is available in natural flavour, fruit flavour and lemon flavour. The oil is extracted from fresh livers of cod, is rich in vitamins A and D, and also contains vitamin E.

Vitamins A and D are necessary to ensure the normal growth of teeth and bones, as well as healthy eyesight. Cod liver oil is a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, one of which is the fatty acid DHA which plays an important role in the development of the brain and central nervous system and has proven helpful for keeping our memory intact and even combating some forms of depression.

 Another fatty acid found in cod liver oil, EPA, has been shown to play an important role in preventing heart disease.
