Beef Jerky (40 gr bag)

Each bag contains 40g of marinated, air-dried, premium grass-fed Icelandic beef.

The Icelandic cattle were brought to the country during the colonization a thousand years ago. They are particularly colorful with a wide range of colors and have been genetically isolated and protected with strict disease control for centuries. The Vikings used air drying of meat to counter the very short summers and lack of preservatives but we at Feed the Viking have perfected their technique. We encourage you to give this Viking superfood a try, even include some Mead and shout a Cheer as loud as you can while clinking your glass into your friends' glasses.

• Ingredients:  Icelandic beef (Bos taurus) (225 g of raw meat is needed to produce 100 g of Jerky), Icelandic sea salt, sugar, garlic powder, black pepper, chilli powder, spices, natural preservative (E316) and natural preservative (E202).
• Allergens:  This product is packed in the same facilities as we pack Fish Jerky, so it may contain particles of COD. 
• This product is:  Gluten-free and Lactose-free.
