Wild Slow Gin is slowly infused with arctic thyme, angelica, and rhubarb to give a robust flavour. Icelandic blackcurrants are added to give the gin its ruby color.
Locally known as “sólber”, or sun berry, this berry is only available for a short window of time and with abundant sunshine.
The result is a rare spirit of bottled sunshine.
We like it chilled over ice or with bitter lemon.
