Northern Pearls of Iceland
From the picturesque town of Akureyri, the capital of the north, we head towardthe north east taking the magnificent rout via Godafoss, the spectacular waterfall of the gods, to the natural wonders of Lake Mývatn known for its immense beauty, volcanoes, rich birdlife and thermal hot springs. Following the rout known as the Diamond Circle we next head to the impressive National Park of Jökulsá River Canyon where we explore the impressive Dettifoss Europe's most powerful waterfall and Ásbyrgi an incredible colossal natural amphitheatre. Our end rout in Northern Pearls of Iceland takes us through Tjörnes peninsula and finally to the beautiful town of Húsavík in Skjalfandi Bay where we embark for an exciting whale watcjing safari.
